My truck failed to start at a store close to my house. AAA dispatched Craigens out to tow my truck home. Very pleasant tow driver and helpful. After diagnosing the problem I am going to take my truck to them for fuel pump replacement.

Took my vehicle in for an alignment and it wasn't done properly. Took it back a second time, still no help. They told me it was my tire that was making my car pull to the right so they rotated the tires and ended up leaving 2 of the lug nuts off. Car pulls to the right even worse than when I took it in. I told them my lug nuts were missing. They said they put them all back on. They didn't even offer to replace them. Very incompetent and unprofessional.

Outstanding service We had a problem with a brand new tire we had put on a week ago in Florida They fixed it for us very quickly Being from out of town you never are sure where to go We are very lucky our gps brought up this garage

Took my vehicle to them for a front end alignment before going to nashville. After driving only a few miles truck felt like it was still not quite right. Got to Nashville and realized my new tires were already showing signs of uneven wear. Came back the next week and asked to be done properly this time.. Well after practically ruining new front tires they still never fixed truck correctly. I'll never go back...

On our way from Kentucky to Louisiana for Christmas, the alternator in our Sprinter van went out, leaving us stranded at 2:00 a.m. on a very dark entrance ramp to I-55 in Enid, MS. Robert from Craigen's was dispatched through AAA to tow us to our hotel in Grenada, MS. He had the van loaded up quickly, got us to our hotel quickly, and even took my husband to the local Wal-Mart to get a couple of things we needed, since we were going to be at the hotel without transportation for the weekend. Robert went above and beyond the call of duty, he was very kind and helpful. You have a great team at Craigen's! Thank you!

Good place but not the same since new people and service manager now. Liked it better when Craig and brothers you were dealing with!

great service, my car broke down and was towed. arrived @ 1 hour before they closed on a holiday weekend. They were able to diagnose, get the part and repair my car. all in time to still enjoy the Labor Day Weekend. Great job!
