I thought this was a good place everything was great then my grad daughter took Car there and told us what we needed to fix it. We paid them $1300. She went 5 mile down the road had to turn around and go back. They refuse to help her told us that everybody was at a parade left the car there cause it wouldnt run then they gonna tell us that it needed more than that and they wouldnt put any more in it but charged us $1300 knowing that it needed more she took the car and left. Had an accident. Ask them to give me a just a piece of paper with the date that she left. They refuse to give me a piece of paper with the day that she left with the car so that she could prove to the police that it didnt have insurance cause she was just getting it out of the shop. I dont have anything more to say good about them. Wasted 1300.00 but he sits high and looks low!!

Companys truck driver ran me off the highway to pass a car. driver was driving with headphones in his ear and dancing when I drove up to the vehicle.

This has to be one of the worst shops in Hernando MS. They are very unprofessional and unorganized. They'll tell you one thing on the one and another when you get there also you'll never get to speak to or see one of the owners. The front counter employees always have some excuse as to why you can't speak to them directly. The only reason why I gave them one star is because I could not give them any stars to be able to leave a review. " I Do Not Recommend" this shop for any service if you value your money, time, or sanity. The only person I could give a compliment to was a young black guy who went and got my friend's vehicle out of the back. He was friendly and respectful and I hope he finds another shop to work at because he in my opinion deserves to be at a better place than that. Also due to the lack of respect for our time, money, gas, and inconvenience, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

THANK YOU!!! Barry came to my rescue this afternoon when I had a MAJOR blowout on I22 near Holly Springs, MS. I was by myself and was pretty freaked out by the whole thing. I called AAA and he was there quicker than the AAA app said - by like 20 minutes! It was unsafe for him to change the tire on the side of the interstate - he towed me to next exit, changed tire and I was back on the road. Whole event was maybe 30-45 minutes. Barry was professional, compassionate and personable! Not sure he is used to getting a hug at the end of a call but I gave him one! The world needs more garages like yours full of guys like Barry!

I was very impressed with the top notch old fashioned service I received from Craigen's employee William. My truck was dead in the water but William got it running again quickly so it didn't have to be towed saving me time and money. William is obviously a skilled mechanic in addition to being friendly and professional. Five star service from Craigen's and William!

I wish I could give this joke of a shop that isn't anything but stupid idiot cons and negative million stars. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE PEOPLE. Vehicle has been in their shop 3 times and $1700 later still having the exact issue it was when it was taken in. Then they say sorry come get it wtf really
