I thought Craigen's Garage would be more reputable than some of the various shade tree mechanics around since they are a Napa Car Care garage and also honor AAA. I have been there a few times and each time the woman in the office is quite rude and has a very bad attitude, along with being smart-mouthed with everybody. She gives a very bad impression of the entire business. I went in to get an inspection sticker and she refused to put one on the car unless I paid her an extra $5 for a window tint sticker. I told her the car came from the dealer with the window tint and there is a label under the tint saying that it complies with laws in several states, including MS. She said that label didn't mean anything. I told her it has never been a problem before and I have had the car several years. Also, the car is a Toyota Prius - definitely a car. She had the nerve to ask me if it was an SUV. I guess she thought I was so stupid to think a sticker for an SUV costs more. I don't know what the problem was there. You would think she would at least know the differences in the kinds of cars they work on. Regardless, I will now be taking my vehicles anywhere else because of the attitude and the fact that I know she was trying to cheat me out of a few more dollars. Napa and AAA really need to know about this place and I think I will notify them. I am sure they would not want to be associated with a business that cheats their customers.
